I'm a communications professional, journalist, public relations consultant, and sports executive passionate about telling stories that matter. My work spans sustainability, environment, technology, business, and sport — translating complex ideas into engaging narratives that inform, inspire, and create meaningful impact.

I currently write for ABS-CBN Lifestyle, Manila Bulletin's TechNews and Sustainability & Environment sections, Manila Standard, and other publications — covering the people, innovations, and initiatives shaping our communities and our future.

Over the years, I've built a diverse career spanning journalism, strategic communications, public relations, digital marketing, sponsorship development, and sports management — working with brands, government agencies, non-profit organisations, and national sporting bodies.

Beyond my professional life, I'm a proud mum to four incredible children. Family remains at the heart of everything I do. I also share life with my loving partner — a former Los Angeles photographer who has traded Hollywood for a quieter life in the Philippines.
